Beedie Capital Welcomes Nora Pincus as Managing Director

Beedie Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Nora Pincus as Managing Director, further strengthening the firm’s leadership within its Metals and Mining investment platform.

Nora brings over 15 years of experience negotiating, structuring, and managing large-scale mining transactions across legal and commercial roles. She joins Beedie Capital from Empress Royalty, where she served as Vice President of Corporate Development, leading global business development and portfolio management efforts focused on silver and gold assets.

Previously, Nora held senior roles as Managing Director at Nebari Partners, General Counsel at a multinational mining services company, and Partner at several international and boutique law firms. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than US$40 billion in transactions across the mining, metals, and energy sectors and played a key role in several of the industry’s most notable deals.

Nora holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver.
