Beedie Capital completes C$15M follow-on investment in Metalla Royalty & Streaming alongside their acquisition of Nova Royalty
We are pleased to announce that two Beedie Capital portfolio companies, Metalla Royalty & Streaming and Nova Royalty, have combined via Metalla’s acquisition of Nova.
Alongside the transaction, Beedie Capital invested C$15M in growth capital in the combined entity via an equity private placement, further solidifying our ongoing commitment and relationship with Metalla.
