Beedie Capital Announces US$15M Credit Facility for ATEX Resources

Beedie Capital is pleased to announce a US$15 million credit facility to ATEX Resources, provided alongside Firelight Investments LLC. ATEX will receive an initial US$10 million to advance exploration and development of the Valeriano Copper Gold Project, with an additional US$5 million available under a second tranche. The facility also includes warrants.
