Beedie Capital Announces C$30M Strategic Investment in ONE group solutions

Beedie Capital is pleased to announce a C$30 million strategic investment in ONE group solutions (“ONE”), alongside lead investor New Private Equity (“NPE”).

The investment will support ONE’s continued growth and international expansion, including further investment in talent, technology, data infrastructure, and operational capabilities. ONE’s founders and management team will continue to lead the business, working alongside NPE’s forward-deployed engineering team to develop an integrated data and workflow platform designed to automate core fund governance processes.

Beedie Capital is excited to partner with NPE and ONE’s management team as the company expands its international platform, strengthens its technological capabilities, and enhances its offering to clients.
