Beedie Capital Announces C$15M Convertible Debt Facility for LifeSpeak

Beedie Capital is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with LifeSpeak Inc. (“LifeSpeak”) through the provision of a C$15 million Convertible Debt Facility. Proceeds will be used to pay down indebtedness under LifeSpeak’s senior lending arrangements.
