TAKING LUNCHES TO THE NEXT LEVEL
A growing partnership with the Burnaby Neighborhood House.
Building on our existing partnership with the Burnaby Neighborhood House, on March 18th, Beedie employees were provided with the opportunity to participate in the BNH Senior’s Together Program by hosting Friday lunch. The meal consisted of great food and great conversation, and was followed up with an exciting chair yoga session led by our enthusiastic employees. There were no empty seats and the routine left participants energized and smiling.
Our employees have decided to make this a quarterly event and the next seniors luncheon scheduled for Friday, June 3rd.

BEEDIE FIELD TRIP
Douglas Road Elementary School received the grand tour of our Burnaby office and construction sites.
On May 27th, the grade 5/6 split class from Douglas Road toured our Burnaby office and a few of our construction sites in south Burnaby.
Led by Andrew Clarke, General Site Superintendent, the students toured through Glenlyon and Burnaby Business Park, and stopped off at Crescent Business Centre where they saw Beedie’s exciting tilt-up process in action and gained further knowledge on industrial construction. The field trip continued with a tour of our Burnaby office where students met with various departments and learned about the extensive effort and commitment that goes into every Beedie project.
